- $500 deposit is required at least 7 days before check in unless you purchase Houfy Protect service.
- for safety purpose, we have outdoor security camera. It is violation of house rule if guest turn the camera off. Switch is by the French door labeled "do not touch". Please indicate the total number of guests including children and we require all guests above 18 years old to provide government issued ID. If there is any unregistered guest, you may asked to shorten the stay without any refund. NO VISITOR.
- do not set fire with the wood stove.
-only indoor shoes are allowed inside the house. Indoor slippers are provided.
- ABSOLUTELY no smoking of any form in and within 10 ft of the property. No pets and no drug usage. If found, you will be charged $250 extra cleaning fee.
- if you stay more than 2 nights, you may see me going to the front and back yard to water the grass and the garden during Summer hot days
- wrap food scrap into a bag to keep it air tight
- we have a compose bin for food scrap at the backyard if you prefer compose. (vegetables or fruits only, no meat)
- Portland implement bottle returns, paper and container recycling programs. Please separate your recycles accordingly in the laundry room. If bottles, clean paper or carboard is found in trash, you will be charged $100 fee.
- please do not adjust the heating system in the laundry room
- Early check in or late check out is $30/hr with advance arrangement.
