House Rules
-You are welcome to park one car in the garage, one car outside the garage or one car just in front of the house. Do not park more than one car in front of the house
- All towels are new and for your to keep. If you plan to use your own, please let me know so I can refund you $120
- Electricity is cap at $90 a month, it is enough to cover Summer or Winter normal use, unless window or doors are open when A/C or central heat is on. Turn off A/C if no one in the house.
- It's a townhouse so there are shared wall, please keep the noise down after 9pm, quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
- if you have a dog, please keep her/him on leash at all times. Do not let him/her peep on neighbors' grass and pick up after. Pet is not allowed on furniture.
- keep all the garbage and recycle bins inside the garage

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking or at least 60 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
